Mixed Mode (CATI/CAWI)
‘Mixed-mode’ surveys combine CATI and CAWI within the same research study.
The key benefits of Random ICP’s ‘mixed-mode’ surveys are:
- Respondent motivation (leading to higher response rates): respondents decide how and when they would like to participate in the survey – by telephone or online
- Flexibility: only those respondents are called who have not completed the survey online in a time-frame that has been pre-agreed with them
- Our expertise: in adapting the frame of the questionnaire to each research mode, whilst keeping the questions and scales identical
- Efficient panel management: in selecting respondents for call-back or reminder emails.
